The Tropicana Group of Companies are owned and operated by a British Family living in Spain.  The Group has 20 years of  experience in the development and sales of Spanish property and in the hospitality industry.

In recent years the groups activities have extended to include Real Estate Sales in Portugal, Morocco, Dubai, Cyprus, Prague, Turkey and Bulgaria.

In conjunction with the Real Estate Division the Group can arrange mortgages and foreign exchange through its Financial Services Division.

Club Tropicana part of the Group is a resort situated in Nerja on the eastern Costa del Sol.  It consists of well maintained studios, one, two and three bedroom town houses.  Central to the resort is a communal pool with a popular Bar and Restaurant.  Adjacent to the resort is the groups Hostal Avalon with a full al a carte menu.

Clients may purchase whole or fractional ownership at the resort.
